After two weeks of training...

Two weeks of training and I'm still enjoying it :-)

Yesterday morning I went for a run with Wigert. Nice temperature, blue skies and lots of silence, part from me being out of breath!! What else do you need...?

I've gained a kilo since I've started traning, which is good, cause Wigert thinks the way my body looks now I should be running the 400m! I'm afraid I have to disagree.

I got a busy week coming up. Our work group has to hand in a major assignment on Thursday, and there's still so much work to do. I don't have a lot of time this weekend. Training tomorrow morning and it will probably take me the rest of the day to prepare for the charity ball for the hockeyclub in the evening. Me in a dress, still not getting used to it...

The team I coach has a competition this Sunday, so I want to go and have a look. They say women are better in planning than men, but sticking to the plan is another thing!

First trainingweek

I did some hilltraining today with my coach Wigert and teammate Joan. After two months of doing almost nothing, my body really has to get used to being active again!

All my muscles hurt, but it feels great to be in training. I have to gain some weight (muscles!), but my fatpercentage is okay, so I can keep eating! :-)

My first weighttraining is tomorrow, I will probably need help getting out of bed on Saturday...
